Service-Based Nature
Since we provide customized digital services (Web Development, UI/UX, Graphic Design), full refunds are generally not possible once work has commenced.
Milestone Refunds
If a project is cancelled before the first milestone or design phase begins, a partial refund (minus administrative fees) may be issued.
Domain & Hosting
Fees for Domain Registration and Web Hosting are non-refundable as these are purchased from third-party registries on your behalf.
Revision Policy
We offer multiple revision rounds as per your contract to ensure the final delivery meets your expectations.
Cancellations
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Any work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed accordingly.
