At CIT, we strive for excellence in every project. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both the client and our creative team.

• Service-Based Nature: Since we provide customized digital services (Web Development, UI/UX, Graphic Design), full refunds are generally not possible once work has commenced.

• Milestone Refunds: If a project is cancelled before the first milestone or design phase begins, a partial refund (minus administrative fees) may be issued.

• Domain & Hosting: Fees for Domain Registration and Web Hosting are non-refundable as these are purchased from third-party registries on your behalf.

• Revision Policy: We offer multiple revision rounds as per your contract to ensure the final delivery meets your expectations.

• Cancellations: Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Any work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed accordingly.
