Fit Time Apparel is a Sialkot-based direct manufacturer with 15 years of experience producing sportswear, gym wear, martial arts, and boxing gear for brands worldwide. With everything from fabric sourcing to sublimation and final stitching handled in-house, they needed a website that could capture highly detailed OEM specifications directly from international buyers.

OEM apparel orders involve dozens of technical decisions — fabric type, GSM weight, wash finish, fit style, printing technique, labeling, and more — that are normally sorted out over lengthy email chains. Without a structured way to collect this information upfront, the client's team was spending significant time going back and forth with buyers just to understand what they actually wanted before a quote could even begin.

We built a manufacturing website centered on a guided, multi-step bulk inquiry wizard that captures every technical detail upfront:

• A 7-step OEM inquiry form covering contact details, product selection, design file upload (PDF, AI, EPS, and more), fabric type, GSM, wash finish, fit style, printing technique, labeling, sizing, and target MOQ
• Direct design file upload built into the inquiry flow, so buyers can attach artwork without a separate email
• A four-stage "Manufacturing Process" section with video walkthroughs of design, sublimation, production, and quality control
• A global delivery map highlighting export reach to reassure international buyers of shipping reliability
• Client review cards organized by product type (MMA gear, gym wear, boxing) so buyers can see relevant proof for their specific need
