Orion Star Co is a Sialkot-based OEM/ODM apparel manufacturer with seven years of experience producing sports uniforms, gym wear, martial arts gear, and an upcoming fashion wear line for international brands. Having outfitted 500+ teams across 30+ sports, they needed a website that worked as a genuine sales tool for high-volume B2B buyers, not just a product gallery.

International buyers placing bulk apparel orders need confidence on specifics most stores never explain — MOQ rules, tech pack handling, lead times, shipping ports, and payment terms. Without this information presented clearly upfront, every serious inquiry turned into a long back-and-forth before a buyer felt ready to commit, slowing down the sales cycle significantly.

We built a manufacturing-grade website designed to answer a serious B2B buyer's questions before they even have to ask:

• A dedicated "Request RFQ" flow for fast, structured quote requests separate from standard product browsing
• A six-stage "Seamless Production" pipeline — Art & Development, Sublimation, Embroidery, Screen Printing, Sewing & Assembly, and Packing & Shipping — explained visually
• A detailed FAQ section covering MOQ (50–100 units), tech pack prototyping, lead times (7–10 days for samples, 25–35 days for bulk), shipping ports, and payment terms (30% T/T advance, L/C accepted)
• Category divisions for Sports Wear, Gym Wear, Martial Arts, and an upcoming Fashion Wear line, each framed as its own production division
• A global B2B testimonial wall with verified importers from the USA, UK, Germany, Japan, UAE, and more, building cross-border trust
