Vista Cars is a UK-based chauffeur and airport transfer service offering premium, pre-bookable rides. Their customers expect a fast, reliable way to check availability and reserve a chauffeur from any device, so a smooth online booking experience was central to the brief.
Problem
The previous website was slow on mobile and had no live booking system, so customers had to call or email to check availability. This created friction at the exact moment a customer was ready to book, and many visitors left the site without completing an inquiry.
Solution
We built a fast, mobile-first website with a live online booking system, letting customers pick a pickup location, date, and vehicle class in a few clicks. A real-time availability engine, fare estimator, and instant WhatsApp confirmation were added to remove every point of friction between browsing and booking.
