Service Agreement
CIT provides IT consulting, web development, and branding services. All projects are governed by a specific Scope of Work (SOW) agreed upon at the start.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the final website design and assets belong to the client. However, CIT retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.
Payment Terms
We accept payments via Stripe, PayPal, and Bank Transfers. For most projects, a 50% upfront deposit is required to initiate work and for packages all the payment is upfront.
User Conduct
Users are prohibited from using our website or services for any unlawful activity or to transmit malicious software.
Limitation of Liability
CIT is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services or third-party hosting downtimes.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
